First Digi Page

This is the first digi page that I created. Ok, so this is the fourth version of my first page, but who's counting?? :-) I'm sure that I spent a minimum of 587 hours working on this page. Seriously. My family didn't eat for days on end because I sat in front of my PC trying to figure out how to add embellishments to my page.

My page started out as an 8.5 x 11, and I got the background "paper" and the photo mats from my PSE 5 software. All I did was click on design pages and chose the options that I wanted. VERY easy! It was basically click on create, click on album page, and then choose size, layout and theme.

Once I selected the background and the photo layout, I chose my pictures. These pictures are of my son Travis while he was bird hunting. I originally had THREE photos, but I accidently 'lost' one due to human error. **rolling my eyes** I didn't know how to get it back so I enlarged the photo on the left to take up more space. I then filled in the bottom portion with prairie grass, pussywillows and wheat stalks from Brandy Hackman's kit, Blossoms and Blooms Fall Embellishment Biggie.
