Halloween Cards

I wanted to share a Halloween card that I made for a trading card swap that my awesome friend Edie hosted. Edie, the swap was so much fun, and I'm addicted to these TINY cards!!! Trading cards measure 2.5 inches x 3.5 inches, and they are so cute and tiny!! Did I mention that they are tiny??? : ) At first, the size was intimidating, but I quickly mastered my fear, and I'm glad that I participated in the swap. I mounted my card on SU! whisper white paper that measures 7 inches long when fully opened.

Supplies:

Stamp Set: SU! Bats About You, retired
Paper: SU! whisper white and halloween pack (I can't think of the name of the halloween paper and I can't find my SU! catty.)
Ink: SU! basic black
Markers: Copic: Cool Gray #3, cadmium yellow, sand, chrome, orange, and pink; Prismacolor: light peach. If you look closely, you can see where I highlighted the witch's cheeks and arms with the pink copic marker.
Accessories: black ribbon (Wal-mart); hand drawn doodles, computer generated text, SU! Harry Paul font (one of my all-time faves!!!) and Crystal Effects.

If you haven't tried the Copic or Prismacolor markers, you need too!!!! They color like a dream, and are worth every penny. I *love* my markers. You can buy the Copic markers from Eclectic Paperie. Stop by the EP store and check out all of the goodies that they have. You won't be disappointed.
