Let me tell you that I am DISGUSTED with these markers.
Seriously disgusted.
Why? I'm glad you asked. My simple answer is because I *HEART* them. Yep, you got it right. I love 'em!! So why am I disgusted with them? I want, NO, *need* them...in all colors... Luckily the price tag is preventing me from ordering a huge stinking case full. I figure I can buy them 2 or 3 at a time, and my bank account won't feel too much pain. : )
I took all of the markers that I bought at Hobby Lobby and started playing with them late yesterday evening. I realized that besides the colors I listed in one of my previous posts, I also bought Chinese Orange and Chrome Orange. Oops!! Then, somehow, I accidently ordered MORE markers today from eclectic paperie. Double Oops!! My goal was to ONLY buy a marker case, but then I quickly decided that I needed a darker green, 2 different shades of yellow, 2 different shades of blue and a colorless blending pen.
The colors blend together beautifully, and I was able to achieve lighter & darker shades depending on how many times I colored the area. I know that I will enjoy using them, and I hope that I will one day be able to color like the talented girls on SCS.
I started a card yesterday, but I am no where near finished with it. I will try to finish it today so I can share it with you.
